If you have a complaint about the operation of the Tyrewise scheme or are aware of potential breaches of Tyrewise scheme rules, please provide your details and the details of your issue in the form below.

Anyone can lodge a complaint about the Tyrewise Scheme and/or its participants by filling in the form below, or contacting us on [email protected]

All complaints go to the Risk and Performance team, who will identify if it is a compliance issue and respond to it through the complaints process below.

Complaints about registered partners will be managed in accordance with the Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedures set out in the Tyrewise Code of Participation.
