Registration Checklist
The Checklist outlines the types of questions the Tyrewise field team will cover with you during the registration process.
Code of Participation
The Tyrewise Code of Participation sets out the obligations for liable parties and scheme participants for Tyrewise.
You will be asked to sign the acknowledgement page (page 21) and return it to us before your registration with Tyrewise can be completed.
Health & safety information
Under the Health, Safety & Wellbeing at Work Act, persons conducting business undertakings (PCBUs) must consult, cooperate, and coordinate with other PCBUs when they are working in a shared workplace or working as part of a contracting chain.
If Tyrewise contractors, e.g. transporters, are going to your site, you will need to send us your health and safety policy.
